Famous for it’s surf and vineyards, also its Church made from compressed earth and local timbers. Borranup Forest further south, mighty, though not yet old and mature, Karri Trees, amid wonderful southern rain forest ferns, historic Busselton and the 1 mile Jetty, with underwater observatory. Southwards travel is via coastal roads, also dodging to the coast at several locations, not the least picturesque Cowaramup Bay. Northwards via inland roads for such other attractions as the model settler village circa 1930’s and the Chocolate as well as Cheese factories and of course Cow Town. Wild Flowers will be regulated by the season of the year, September through to late November should be reliable for roadside stops. A very full, day tour, available any time of the year. CODE—PMGP.

2. Goomalling and the Free Range Emu Farm
Old man Emu, do you know the John Williamson song? “He could run the pants off a Kangaroo!” It’s on YouTube. Now to be serious!
We go north through old Toodyay, a small town which was a days horse and sulky drive, years back, from Perth to wards the wheat lands. It has kept much of its charm and well worth a Smoko stop. If its some time in the Spring we can do some diversions for road side flora. Not a problem. From Toodyay we head north and east to Goomalling a largish wheat belt town. The actual Emu farm is a large free range business and depending on the time of year [ spring] has chicks accompanying the older pairs. Emu eggs [blown out clean] Emu leather goods and various souvenirs are available. Did you know that an Emu feather was traditional in the Australian Light Horse, ‘Diggers’ slouch hat? Again this is a very full day tour and available any time of the year. CODE—GEMU.
3. The Pinnacles
A one day Scenic Tour that always goes to The Pinnacles and in Spring adds a Wild Flower Binge. The Pinnacles are world famous 35k year old wind driven sculptures and a spectacle on their own. In Spring, August to November the surrounding heath sports its community of coastal specie. Head outwards north along the coast road and return via inland roads and Spanish New Norcia. Much to see and a very full day tour. CODE—SP.
You will have seen, encapsulated in just a short time, so many contrasts and marvels. You are among a very privileged few. We enjoy what we do and we hope to have given you a life time of memories.
